ORIGINS

It’s hard to convey to modern nerddom how unimportant the X-Men were as a brand to Marvel until roughly 1979 or so. In the early to mid 70s they were all but erased from most Marvel merch or house ads.

This will presumably need to recreate SNL moments to some extent, at least backstage and/or including actors playing other cast members, so coming on the heels of Jason Reitman’s SNL 1975, it feels like we’re gonna get some strange SNL behind-the-scenes cinematic universe.

Disneyland Resort should get a third park anchored by rides for each of these movies.
