Inspired by the professional photographer we had at all the Scotland Island Cafe sites today!

So looking for some twitter expertise...we have the opportunity to put in a take away coffee offer and we are looking at a 'Shipping Container' - It's not clear if we will need planning permission or not - it will be on private land beside a public space. Any advice appreciated.

I see the Vat rate goes up again to 23% from March 1 - I wonder why? Surely the lower rate should be extended while we’re in this awful situation?
