A fundamental delusion of Marxism and wokeism is that life is zero-sum; that for one group to achieve great success, another must be oppressed. This is why many on the left oppose merit; they mistake excellence for exploitation, and mediocrity for morality.

You would imagine that those who want to “make poverty history” would love entrepreneurship and capitalism, since these are the only things capable of creating the wealth needed to defeat poverty. But, no.

What they say: “Make poverty history!” What they mean: “Make liberty history!”

It’s better to have mass unemployment than full employment with most jobs residing in the public sector. Made-up jobs do not create wealth.

Every job outside the private sector is a drain on the economy.

How can you trust a politician to run the country if they can’t even manage their own family or finances? Merely accumulating votes doesn’t magically make them competent.

UK politicians aren’t shutting down free speech. Their police force flunkeys are.

Immoral actions don’t suddenly become okay just because a law is passed.

The Left equate the law of the land with the moral law because they know of no higher authority than the State. At least, they do when they’re in power.

Politicians love war because it gives them their narcissistic feed as globally important heroes with the power of life and death.

There are heroic cops and dirty cops. Most are in the middle: the ‘obey orders to keep pension’ cops.

The jump from conservative to libertarian makes you look at the police force from a very different perspective. Or is that just me?
