If one River Thames Society drops a flood on me at high tide while a storm surge comes upriver at the same time, how buggered is London?

a) Once upon a time, this wur all reclaimed land; b) OMG! Send for Robert Carlyle; or c) Not at all, Thames Barrier is up to the job.
