Architecture: Glandular, papillotubular, cribriform

Cytology: Pseudostratified columnar cells with supra- or subnuclear glycogen vacuoles (piano keys!). Round uniform nuclei.

Nuclear beta-catenin (vs. membranous in HG)

What else can we find in gastric mucous besides H pylori?
Refractile, red blood cell-sized packets of Sarcina. Found particularly in patients with delayed gastric emptying. Unclear about its clinical relevance.
