Exactly. Parents and players sometimes forget that we do this for the love of the game and the kids. We sacrifice time, money and many other things to help their child achieve their goals. And there are times where players/parents disrespect that coach.

To each their own but traveling to lose by 30+ points consistently?? Time to re-evaluate maybe. Again just my opinion.

If you are going to be playing tournaments during COVID, make sure you are playing vs good teams and more importantly that you are prepared to play. You don’t want to showcase your worse. Wish we could play, but too risky. Good luck everyone else

This is 💯 correct! Most kids will go on through High School with zero defensive principles. It’s a full court blitz or a 2/3 zone.

If you didn’t make the ESPN ranked list, it’s okay. Don’t stop working. Don’t be mad who’s on it, congratulate them and work on you and your journey. Everyone’s pathway is different, that’s what makes it special. Worry about you, not about others!
