First trip put of our “translation robot” (iPad on a stick) allowed us to walk a patient from waiting room into theatre and anaesthesia with no fuss and face to face reassurance. (Scrub top added after!)

This week we changed the structure of our Safety Huddle. This continues to involve our coordinators running through our patients and now our HCA’s presenting our hot topics, and allocated jobs this is to ensure our HCA’s develop their leadership skills 👌🏼
