#AyeshaAtLast is book no. 33 for me this year (my goal is 50!). I found it browsing our online library app and fell in love before chapter 1 ended. I don’t typically share book reqs here, but this is worth a look!

My grandparents read the newspaper, Greg listens to podcasts, and I read a lot of books. IMO reading builds empathy and increases understanding. What do you do to increase empathy and build understanding?

This is for parents as much as it is for fellow teachers. Not everything should be graded. Feedback is valuable...grades are not always needed. - Students need safe spaces to fail - Students need to look critically at their own work - Work can be reviewed without being graded.
