Rhythm has been going well. I decided to back up 2 steps, to see if they can create faster rhythms. By discounting the hurdles the ath gets to exp a faster rhythm than normal. Do it long enough and you see the numbers transfer to the race. All 2022 unsigned seniors #dabbsession
