Farmer perspectives and the ag economy. Heavy emphasis on the relationships with conservation professionals and the value to the farmer in receiving technical assistance plus the help with financial assistance that drives profitable conservation.

Great day with farmers and partners talking about the multiple benefits CRP provides from water to wildlife and farmer profitability to rural economies. Thanks to all for having us!

Finding the "sweet spot" by driving economically viable conservation. Great hearing from professionals and farmers who are implementing these practices for multiple benefits.

While #pheasantfest and #quailclassic infused Omaha we also had a fantastic crew in New Orleans at #Classic22 working with farmers and partners discussing voluntary conservation. Thanks to everyone for the energy and discussions! 🙌

Not sure why she didnt hop down after driving by, putting it in reverse, backing up and stopping on the road 10 yards away in my truck, but it sure would be a unique way to avoid typical nest predation from the ground level 😁

Fantastic day in the field hearing farmer/renter and non-operating landowner dynamics to conservation delivery. Conservation reasoning included: water quality, profitability, soil erosion, wildlife and pollinators. Awesome work by all involved including the local field office. 🙌

Moms gone this weekend so here goes nothing. See how they handle the sounds of the dark. Good thing the house is only 60 yards away!

Birds-n-beef. Worked with a local farmer to get a quarter of beef and picked it up from one of the best lockers, V&M in Leota,MN. Got a bonus rooster on the way home on a quick 30 minute walk on public land. 🙌

Ended the mn pheasant season with a well earned bird on public land. 2-3 miles in deep snow had Trigger licking his chops. Great bird numbers this year, hold tight and find some quality habitat, its shaping up to be a rough winter. Until next year 🍻
