Hate speech is an unacceptable scourge which leads to the destruction of lives and communities. To attack the Yazidi community this way during the anniversary of the genocide is repugnant and intolerable

Extremely worrying messages about another exodus of Yezidi families. We call upon religious and political authorities to reassure safety and security. Leaders should refrain from comments that can trigger new trauma and fear.
