Devastated about the Coliseum, not least for my brilliant friends who make incredible work there. A few of us passionate about continuing to see theatre made in Oldham, for Oldham as the Coliseum’s always done, set up OldhamTAG to find positive ways forward & continue the fight

What an incredibly moving night Oldham Coliseum so many mixed emotions, so many amazing performances from all those brilliant shows and the entire audience left in tears. Seeing young kids leave the auditorium in bits was heartbreaking. This can’t be the final curtain OldhamTAG

In my day job, transparency is the antidote to the pain that so many feel in their healing. The essence of that understanding I have to apply in my role as Chair of Oldham Coliseum. All stakeholders in this amazing theatre deserve to have facts, answers and transparency from us.

Thank you for all your questions and emails. We are currently in the process of collating the questions with the aim of putting them to the relevant people, in order to get answers so we can find the best way to move forward. So we’ll keep you posted, as and when we get replies!
