This is a drill I use with our hitters in later progressions. It creates a higher level of variability with the ball entering the zone from four different angles. As a coach it requires you to be able to flip and OH toss with your non-dominant hand. #The108Way

It’s important to do drills that let your body work. This is some angled BP and the ball will be your feedback. If you are doing the proper drills you won’t need to internal cue yourself to death. Do drills that put yourself in a good position to hit. You will have to adapt🔥
