It's #CommunityGardenWeek and The Conservation Volunteers (TCV) are delighted to announce that they have received funding from Cheshire West to create and improve community gardens in #EllesmerePort , with Chapter and Stamford Street Allotment Society.

Was great to do some filming about the Chester Wetland Centre, with Matt Clegg from Binnies/RSK, to discuss how all the different organisations involved are working together to make it happen, and to discuss the research Bangor University students are doing on the site!

It was a good feeling to get the first three boards in the ground for the #CheshiresWonderfulWildlife art trail by nicky thompson art in Countess of Chester Country Park yesterday .. every one of those holes was full stones & rubble! Thanks again to MidCheshireCRP for loaning them to Friends of the Countess of Chester Country Park.
