Vadym Golda, Maxim Petrov and Dmytro Shabanov. Three names we cannot let the world forget. For over 800 days, these OSCE colleagues have been detained for doing their jobs. They must be immediately released, I called again today at the OSCE Permanent Council.

Today, an office building of FSD (Fondation suisse de déminage), our important partner in the implementation of Switzerland's humanitarian mine clearance programme in Ukraine, was hit in Kharkiv. Attacks against civilian infrastructure are a violation of international humanitarian law.
