A Tropical Storm Watch has been issued for Suwannee County.

Due to Hurricane Elsa approaching our area, our administrative offices will be closed tomorrow. We have adjusted our staffing and resources to manage any storm-related issues. As always, our Patrol Division will be fully staffed and ready to assist as needed.

The traffic signal at US 90 & CR 49 is out due to an earlier traffic crash that damaged the control box. DOT has been notified, but it is unknown how long it will take to repair the light. Please remember to treat any traffic signal that isn’t working as a four way stop sign
