The Devonshire Tunnel on the ‘Two Tunnels’ Circuit in Bath is open.

The tunnel will remain open subject to continued low water levels through the spring and summer months - Sustrans staff and contractors will continue to visit and monitor the site.

Sustrans staff and contractors will continue to visit the site and we will update when the route is reopened.

From this Monday 11 March, the #CombeDownTunnel will be closed for 1 week (until 18 March) between 9 am and 3.30 pm due to tree works at the northern end of the tunnel.

📢Route reopened📢

Lawrence Weston Road, on #NationalCycleNetwork Route 41 near #Avonmouth , is now open for use.

The majority of the upgrades are complete, but a few finishing touches will continue with minimal disruption to path use. Please take extra care during these.

For our 15th anniversary we want to see as many @schwalbeuk #FRidedays bike buses riding to school on Friday 15 March for the Sustrans #BigWalkandWheel .

Earlier this month, Sustrans' CEO Xavier Brice was interviewed on BBC Breakfast, explaining why the discrimination of #PavementParking needs to end.

Local authorities must be given greater powers to do this; to make our roads and footways safe and inclusive for everyone.

A stretch of #NationalCycleNetwork Route 2 near #Dartingon will close for tree works between Monday 18 and Saturday 23 March, from 8am and 5.30pm. Please follow the alternative route during these times.

A stretch of #NationalCycleNetwork Route 244, #BathTwoTunnels , will be closed from Hiscocks Drive to Bloomfield Open Space on Mon 4 and Tues 5 March for maintenance works. Alternative route via Maple Grove. Devonshire Tunnel is closed until further notice.
