This week we had refresher training for fitting GPS tags to our storks ahead of the tagging season. Huge thanks to the team from UEA School of Environmental Sciences for their help as always, and to the kind residents at knepp who allowed us to use their friendly chickens as our obliging models!
Very excited! This morning we picked out trees ahead of some canopy sampling at Knepp Wilding - there’ll be static traps at the top & bottom of these beauties Habitat locations aka the Oaks are now named ‘Beaver’, ‘Bernard’, ‘Babushka’ & ‘Bad Boys’ Natural History Museum Operation Wallacea #insects
