A WashU-led team launched the DR-TES mission on Sept. 24, testing advanced quantum X-ray and gamma-ray detectors in near-space. The mission is a major step in quantum sensor tech, supported by NASA and the McDonnell Center for Space Sciences. bit.ly/4dtX9Id
