Seaweed fun fact: Not only is it good for humans (kelp is the new kale!), but cows like it, too! It reduces their methane output (a greenhouse gas), which they release while belching. Port of San Diego Chairman @RafaSanDiego & Sunken Seaweed spoke to @KPBSErik. Stay tuned!
