$INNI, being a Delaware corp, is our first shell with control obtained directly from the former sole officer & director. Additionally, a 6% float holder on the NOBO had delayed our OTC approval, but it was resolved via a common issuance that will stay with the control block.

$SLTN TA has canceled the 33.8m shares in our nunc pro tunc discharge. Our intention was to cancel all legacy shares, but we found the basis inconclusive. However, we doubt they’ll ever hit the market either. We’re pleased with progress, direct all questions to the company now.

We have received OTC access for $AFFL in just over two weeks. Which is a nice change of pace from the seven months it took to be appointed custodian. But now we know how to navigate the process for Colorado entities. Always be learning!

After months of back & forth providing documentation, $GSPI has now been approved for OTC access! A sensitive situation with a past officer kept us in a quiet period until this milestone so we appreciate the support from shareholders. Now we look to come off EM in short order!

$DZCA, this reverse merger looks pretty interesting on a one million DTC and an absurdly low market cap at the moment. Trades thin with a big spread.

Most OTC micro floats require months of waiting with no expectations. Occasionally you get lucky and the story plays out quicker. Today was one of those days for me. But I’ve got a handful I’m waiting on for every one that hits. Just nice to see great OTC setups these days!

We have now uploaded filings for $AOXG and are awaiting the Attorney Letter. This case took us awhile in the courts and had some delays at the state level, but now we understand how to get things accomplished in FL moving forward.

On $AFFL, we were able to successfully cancel all 7.2 million legacy shares not held at DTC (23% of OS) which was processed by the TA in mid Oct. And yesterday, we filed a Designation in CO for a preferred control block.

$GSPI We’re excited to announce a domestic merger for $GSPI! The incoming party manufactures & distributes a wide range of consumer products for a major American retailer. Their contracts are approved for over 500 stores with major growth ahead!

$MAYX and Orbit Beyond initial private placement will be finishing up here, can see how hard it is to get size on open market. Will still need shareholder count for uplist so will have another one down the road, but not sure at what price/valuation after Contracts. For those
