Really interesting new paper in Addiction Journal looking at the impact of pubs adding an alcohol-free beer on draught.

Standard beer sales fell by 4-5%, but there was no evidence of a fall in total sales revenue for the pubs.

Using @UCL's 'Drink Less' app reduces consumption among heavy drinkers more than NHS advice.

After 6 months, app users had reduced drinking by 39 units a week while the control group had done so by 37.

These were heavy drinkers looking to reduce alcohol use.
