Hi Guys. As it’s School Holidays next week and a have Wednesday off, I was going to do 2x1 hour fun rugby sessions for 2 different age groups at my local rugby field. Parents/Guardians of the children would have to be there but I don’t know what the regulations are. 1/2

Vale Sevens Day 4 Year 10s today and we had Pencoedtre High School taking the plate🍽️ then in the final we saw St Richard Gwyn Health and Wellbeing play in a great final against CowbridgeCompPE which saw Cowbridge come out on top 🏆
