americanair might be THE WORST EVER customer experience I've had in a lifetime. Canceled internationally- stranded, refusal to book a trip for three days- and said "go to the airport to get a hotel voucher" when Im an hour away. Read fine print and avoid them at all costs.

Gary McCoy americanair AA are horrific. They once denied me entry to a flight with a boarding pass and PR card for my destination. Gate agent just handed them to me and said “you need to go and deal with this” … didn’t say what, or how, or where. Never again.
