This cop said that this was his personal vehicle and acknowledged that the front plate was altered. It has gotten a ton of camera violations:

Stockholm is such a pleasant and safe place to walk. In many areas it feels like the pedestrian is king (and queen!)

Today at the Swedish national transportation department, I learned two things: 1. Out of 46,000 license plates read by a congestion pricing camera in Gotenburg, only 3 plates had been defaced. Not 3%. Three. That's .006% (compared to 1,000X that in NYC: nyc.streetsblog.org/2023/02/13/dat…)..

Almost every Streetfilms (Now 1,100+ films!) trip I take I don’t get to do many cultural or traditional touristy things.
I knew this time visiting Stockholm that had to change. So at the very end of my final day I went the ABBA Museum and it was very glorious!
BTW: they’re Streetfilms (Now 1,100+ films!) fans.
You really don't hear too much about Stockholm biking on social media. When I was here 9 years ago the biking was good but not great.
Now the numbers are up substantially and you'll find rush hours are pretty packed.
