Join @ThePineLog newspaper and Stone Fort Yearbook for #StudentPressFreedomDay events! Student staff members will hand out candy and information on student press freedoms and solicit input on campus coverage until 2 p.m. today by the student center Spirit Lounge.

Student journalists also will host a Student Press Freedom Roundtable from 5 to 6 p.m. tonight in the BPSC third-floor commons. Participants will discuss student press freedoms, the First Amendment, applicable law and media literacy. All are welcome to join the discussion.

Lumberjacks SFA Men’s Basketball continue to push for partial conference title after slipping by New Mexico State 73-71. This was NMSU’s first home conference loss since 2017.
