Spent the last couple of days with the community respiratory team. Always good to know what services are provided in the community after discharge. Really interesting to see a different perspective (and patients not in bed gowns)

We really have to stop normalising missed lunches and working unpaid hours in 2020. We need to stop praising pharmacists for missing lunches and praising this behaviour like it’s a quality. It undervalues a mental break that is needed for patient safety and mental performance.
