Recently dance troupe Diversity and chancellor Rishi Sunak have stayed at the hotel. This week the Women’s UK Cycle Tour police motorcade checked in for the night. An unusual sight to see 35 police motorbikes parked outside before they set off to meet the next stage of the tour.

Loved seeing the brilliant Feeder Trentham Estate concert Thursday. One of my favourite-ever bands. They gave a shoutout to Lunar restaurant World of Wedgwood and Trentham Monkey Forest too. I’m also very happy that they stayed at my hotel Hilton Garden Inn Stoke beforehand.
