SCPS BOE approved a 4% pay raise and a new salary schedule meant to keep and attract new employees. New teachers have a step increase of $1200+ a year for ten years. The scale now includes pay steps from 30-40 years. Kentucky Assn of School Adm. KEA #kyeducators
