Over the past week Hanson Firefighters have been to all Hanson schools in preparation for the start of the school year. Firefighters did pre-planning for incidents, building familiarization, and safety checks. Remember school starts Wednesday Aug 31st.

Tonight Firefighter William Hurley was officially sworn in. He graduated from the Massachusetts Firefighting Academy Recruit Training in May and completed his probationary period on 11/11/22. Congrats Billy.

Saturday December 3rd will be a busy day in Hanson. First, we have the Stuff a Cruiser Toy Drive at 775 Main St from 9 am to 1 pm. Later at 5 pm we have the Holiday Fest with Fireworks at the Hanson Town Hall. We are looking forward to seeing everyone!
