Schwann cells migrate out of coculture spheroids with iPSC derived Sensory neurons. Labeling of hSCs with Qdots allows us to track their migration down the NerveSim channel by DIV, where they position themselves to myelinate, bundle, and support axonal function. #microscopymonday
