So more spending on levelling up - no great surprises in the speech so far. Deployment of £1.7bn of the Levelling Up fund. Whilst great to see the spend it is spread far and wide across lots and lots of Towns and Cities

Were changes in R&D incentives a missed opportunity for levelling up? Boosting R&D incentives in areas that feel 'left behind' could have been a win win #Budget21

Great to see that the Chancellor see's the benefit of modernising the tax system - maybe alcohol duties is just the first step #budget21
