In our ongoing legal case with @alhaq we recently submitted extensive evidence to the High Court of torture of detained Palestinians. The suspension of all export licences to Israel is the only right decision & we will assess whether further litigation remains necessary.

A step forward. But the government must have legal advice, and that should cover genocide. Providing *any* arms to a state suspected of committing genocide should be out of the question.

It would be more believable that David Lammy supports adherence to international humanitarian law if he simply stopped making statements that contravene international humanitarian law.

Exactly this. Govts are playing with words to avoid taking action. Same playbook as re arms to Saudi in Yemen. You don’t need evidence of the bad thing happening (although there is plenty!). You take pre-emptive action to prevent harm. That’s how risk assessment operates.
