Showing up consistently (and authentically) on social media is the most difficult challenge I have faced in my life. (Admittedly I haven't lived the most difficult life.) Perhaps 2025 will be the year I figure it out....

With speaking, as with any other skill, it is not enough to focus on the desired outcome. That will not give you enough oomph to make meaningful, sustainable change. To achieve mastery you must fall in love with the process of refinement. You must find joy in the frustration.

I need to stop treating Projects as Tasks when I plan my week. My "one thing to do" is typically seven things in a trench coat. And then I wonder why I'm so bad at time management. :(
