It’s been a busy retreat week in school! Yesterday, we held our Easter bingo to support Willow Wood Hospice which wasn’t complete without a room full of Easter bunnies 🐰

As part of Holy Week, Year 5 and 6 led the school through the stations of the cross. Each station was full of reflection and prayer. The children did an amazing job and made the experience reverent and memorable.

On Monday, the school worked in houses to produce some amazing art. Each house took a story from the New Testament and made a fantastic display and canvas to be displayed in school. Parents were then invited after school today to walk the prayer trail and view the artwork.

Good luck to our Year 6 football team who have made it through to the Catholic schools final tournament tonight

Nursery Class made a beautiful flower crown for Mary Our Mother. The children have been learning how Mary is the Mother of Jesus and how we can show our love for Mary.

Well done to our girls football team for winning both matches last night and moving onto the next round of the National Cup. ⚽️🏆

Well done to our year 2 pupils who took part in TCSSA multi skills festival. Thanks to Our Lady of Mount Carmel R.C Primary School for hosting. We all had a fabulous time.

Well done also to our girls’ team who also won their first round in the TSFA Karen Stonehewer Shield. They showed determination and perseverance as they made a brilliant comeback from an early setback as they conceded an early goal. However, they ended the game with a 3-2 victory
