Today, Mr Laurence played 'The Last Post' to the whole St Michael's community in the playground before we observed a 2 minutes silence for all those who have died in service to their country. We remember them and all victims of war in our prayers today and throughout the week.

This week, our Mental Health Ambassadors are using their Power for Good to mark Anti-Bullying Week with a range of inclusive and uplifting activities. From talent shows and sports, to tuck shops, there's something for everyone - all led with kindness and RUAH values.

Students with no behaviour mentions in the first half-term have been enjoying hot chocolate and marshmallows during registration this week. It’s a small but meaningful reward for a fantastic start to the year. Well done to everyone who earned this recognition - keep it up!

Well done to Frankie D in Year 8, who took part in a community project over the October half term to support this year’s Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal. Frankie helped create handmade poppies from Hama Beads, which were sold to raise funds for this important cause.
