Emily did an amazing job representing St Gabriels and Thatcham Rotary in the Young Chef Regional finals this weekend. Her cooking was excellent, as ever, the judges were very impressed with her knife skills and bravery for attempting (and suceeding) a souffle for a competition.

St Gabriel's hosted the Rotary Young Chef competition today, both the judges and spectators were in awe of the exceptional talent displayed by all of the young chefs. We are hugely proud of our very own Selina, who was declared 1st place for her outstanding cookery.

A fantastic days work for the Rotary Young Chef competitors, they each produced stunning 3 course meals in just two hours.

Congratulations to Selina, who excelled in the Regional Final of the Rotary Young Chef competition this weekend - we are delighted that she has won a place, to represent the South of England, in the Grand Final in May!
