Long Island MP Adrian Gibson is facing 31 charges. He is not required to enter a plea today and the matters will proceed by way of a Voluntary Bill of Indictment. *This tweet replaces an earlier tweet that incorrectly stated the number of charges

Gibson is charged along with former Water & Sewerage general manager, Elwood Donaldson; Rashae Gibson, cousin of the MP; Joan Knowles, a civilian on Long Island; Jerome Missick, civilian; Tonya Demeritte, civilian; and Peaches Farquharson, civilian.

The Free National Movement stands "in solidarity" with embattled MP for Long Island Adrian Gibson who is "innocent until proven guilty", according to a press statement from the Leader of the Official Opposition Michael Pintard.
