Students, Makenna and Justin, from SEDS-ÉEDS Canada provided a look into the number of things students can do to gain hands on experience in the space industry. Finding a mentor, joining student clubs, and networking were a few examples that have been helpful in their careers so far.

Targeting no earlier than Aug 11 for the launch of Starsailor. The launch window will open at 5 AM EDT and remain open until 9 AM EDT. We will be targeting 5 am if launching. The livestream will start ~1.5h before launch. SCRD-Launch.short.gy/livestream

The team is standing down from tomorrow’s launch attempt due to unfavourable weather. We will take the extra time to ensure the vehicle and team are in good shape, and will continue to monitor the forecast. Next attempt is looking like Friday morning.
