Joined 847 other runners Southampton parkrun this morning. It makes it motivating to get out and run 5km when you know there’s going to be so many people on the start line. Not a PB but a fun run anyway!

A slightly warmer morning (could you call it that compared to the freezing temperatures in the week 😊) saw just over 1k participants wind their way across The Common for your morning parkrun. Massive thanks to RD Kate and our marvellous volunteers for co-ordinating the event.

We are all set and raring to go for our last Southampton parkrun in January. Your RD tomorrow is Nic Woollard and we have a full and burgeoning group of volunteer heroes to provide you with lots of support during our event. The weather is set to be nice and sunny. See you then.

A great morning for our parkrun saw just shy of 1200 parkrunners and parkwalkers wend their way across The Common for our event Massive thanks go to all of our happy smiling volunteers for the positive energy you create and also to RD Nic for managing today's proceedings.

A lovely mild February morning is in store for our parkrun #533 tomorrow morning - 10 degrees Celsius. Your RD is Nic Woollard and we have over 50 amazing volunteers lined up to help with the set up and close down as well as all of the supporting roles from the start to finish.

A grey and pleasantly mild morning certainly bought everyone out today with just over 1150 participants attending Thanks to everyone in our hi viz volunteer jackets who ran the event run like clockwork and also to RD Nic for managing today's parkrun. Thank you for your support

We couldn’t have landed a better day for the return of the sunshine on Saturday morning, and just in time for our Southampton parkrun. Your RD tomorrow is Gil McClure and we are blessed to have another wonderful group donning their hi viz jackets again to support you.

The puddles today didn’t dispel our parkrunners and parkwalkers. Once again we had over 1100 happy and smiling finishers. Congratulations to our RDs Malcolm and Jill White for reaching their 500th finish. A big thank you for the efforts of RD Gil and our fantastic volunteers.
