#SOLIOM2020 - Matthias Benoit : 80% of the Insertions/Deletion SVs in tomato are associated to #TE. Gypsy and Copia are the main contributors. A single TE family, #Rider, explains > 25% of these events. Some of them have been associated to phenotypic diversity.
