The club is spending the weekend in cork for the Annual National Rowing Championships. Racing kicked off at 7am this morn

Great start here for Sligo with both our WJ18 2X crews hitting the water.

Both crews had a great row, but our A crew just had that bit extra to comfortably cruise into the Semi final.

Our men's J15 sculler is just after putting in a strong performance in his final! Our Women's J18 2X is just back on the water for the semi

Good performance from the sligo Girls double. Just edged out of final qualification. That's all sligos racing over for the day.

1/3 Another good days racing for Sligo today, our Mens J16 single came 3rd in his race,

2/3 while both our Mens inter scullers rowed well in their heats but only one qulified for semi final,

3/3 after a good effort in the semi our remaining inter sculler was just edged out of final qualification by a few feet.

First crew out for Sligo today is our Mens Club 4. They rowed well down the coarse, coming 5th.

1/5 Another strong days racing to finish a strong champs for Sligo.

2/5 Our girls J16 4X had a good row in their head just before out girls J18 4X came across the line in 5th, just missing qualification.

3/5 The highlight of the day was our Mens Inter 2X who qualified for the final and put in a very Strong race coming across the line in 5th.

4/5 Well done to all racing in cork this weekend and a big thanks to everyone who helped out.
