- Daylight and a mirror do not need to be my enemy
- Chastity helps me stay in the zone the whole time

2. my nippities are so sensitive to the fabric of this shirt

90 Days To confirm a new habit.
120 Days The new habit is who you are.

And then I think of how many days in chastity, how many daily trainings, and how many new habits are now who I am..

Locked all the way through 2024 so far

I usually post when high on emotion.. and there are so many highs..

but I'm prob not doing anyone any favours by omitting the lows. For instance, the knot of anxiety in my stomach is a constant companion.
