I wasn’t one of those with a PB @ my local parkrun 🌳 UK Sunny Hill parkrun but I was delighted to do a “Groundhog” Day ! 27:59 two weeks running 🏃‍♂️

Is there a better sporting sight than Lords on test match day? OK, possibly a packed Thursday night at Stamford Bridge as the Blues struggle to make it through the Europa Conference qualifier. When Ted came calling we got our hopes up till we realised it wasn’t # Ted Lasso 😂

It’s clear that Chelsea and Westminster Hospital are doing incredible work looking at the potential that AI can unleash for the benefit of patients and healthcare workers.
