2⃣ Meta-analysis: limited evidence available - no survival difference, potential QOL benefit delayed start of chemo
3⃣ Protocol: let's wait and see! 🙏

The limited evidence available suggests that delayed start of #chemotherapy once symptoms occur vs. immediate start in asymptomatic patients does not worsen OS while it may preserve QOL.

Asymptomatic metastatic PDAC:
▶️Immediate start chemotherapy
⏸️Start when symptoms occur

Primary outcome: quality adjusted survival 👩🏼‍⚕️
