After next 16 days...Can Prairie flooding? ND nothing? MN a months worth of rain end of forecast period...WI and IA too?

Wild week develops...next 12 days rainfall. This would be amazing for much of Can Prairie if comes about. Parts of West Corn Belt shows some holes but great period for many as warmer and wetter up North...just what is needed.
