The subtext of Biden’s readout of his call with Netanyahu seems to be that Israel has already sent a message to Iran, purely by defending against and defeating ‘unprecedented attacks’ -

Trump signals openness to Ukraine aid if it is a loan:

'We're looking at it right now, and they're talking about it, and we're thinking about making it in the form of a loan instead of just a gift.'
