Tonight was special. The 9th Lenihan Lecture was superbly delivered by Fergal Keane. He focused on Ireland, NI, South Africa and Rwanda. He held a packed hall in the palm of his hand, wonderfully guided by Matthew Stadlen. It was moving, heartbreaking and funny.

Does anyone know how to actually contact HM Revenue & Customs HMRC Customer Support ? I know they keep saying they are there to help - but all I get is a recorded message telling me that they definitely won't be able to provide any help but I can dial 1 to listen to the excuses again.
