The only thing more effective than discipline is love. Discipline may change your behavior for a little while, but love is the most sustainable motivation. Even the laziest person would swim across oceans for someone they love. Because when you love it, you commit & sacrifice.

As an athlete, your body language directly affects your motivation and confidence. By standing tall and acting confident, you can improve your mindset and perform better in games.

The #1 reason why people leave their jobs is because they don’t feel appreciated. Gratitude shouldn’t just be an attitude. Make a habit of recognizing, encouraging, and appreciating the people around you.

Here’s what I love about skill development. The instructor should have two goals: 1) improve weaknesses 2) increase strengths. You can see me clearly working on both player’s weaknesses. Giving them tools, being patient, allowing them to slow down. Huge part of development 🔵🔴
