This beautiful daughter of ours is having her ACL surgery this morning. With thanksgiving coming up we truly have so much to be thankful for.

Theology and sports. I know the 2 worlds have intertwined (I also know some would say there is no difference between secular and sacred) but I’m really curious to hear from my theologian friends who love sports. Where do we see God truly glorified and the beauty of competition?

When thinking through the covenants of old (Abrahamic, Mosaic, Noahic, Davidic) and how they speak to us today I become all the more saturated in Joy and comfort to know those promises have not relented or fallen short.
